There will be two classes in the Auto-Solo Driving Tests – for long wheel based cars (8ft and over) and short wheel based cars (under 8ft), with a trophy and standard VSCC Awards in each class.
As last year, the two classes will be run concurrently and special care has been taken to design tests to accommodate the long wheel based cars. The timetable for the event is as follows: Newtown St Boswells Mart lorry park – 10.00hrs - Signing on and Scrutineering by 11.00 hrs followed by the driving tests and then the announcement of winners.

The arrangements for hotel accommodation at the Buccleuch Arms Hotel have gone array as they have accepted another booking for a large event at the hotel that weekend.
This does not affect either the arrangements for the Tour or the Dinner on the Saturday night, but it does mean that the hotel is fully booked for B&B accommodation on Saturday, 2nd June next.
Accordingly, you might try the following hotels which are all within 3-5 miles of the Buccleuch Arms.
