SPRINTS

VSCC Sprints, held on fixed circuits or former airfields, are a direct challenge against the clock so reward fast, accurate and consistent performance. Events are divided into capacity classes with a number of awards given for overall, handicap and age criteria in each. At a number of the Club’s sprints, named trophies are awarded to the overall winner for ‘Fastest Time of Day’ and also for best performance to certain other criteria, as detailed in the individual descriptions below, and are presented at events or at the Club’s AGM.
